Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector in India – Tending towards oligopoly?

We study the performance of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, in India. It is fourth largest sector Macroeconomic factors, modern production techniques, robust logistics facilities, efficient distribution networks and superior marketing capabilities have given an edge over other sectors. Firm determined by considering liquidity, solvency profitability ratios also employing common size statements, comparative statements. find that appears to be overly dependent on a few firms. further firm not related non-commercial factors such as CSR.
